Delivery Policy

Welcome to Wellfed (the "Platform"), an e-commerce platform owned and operated by WELLFED BY BODYRX LLP ("we", "us", "our", "BodyRx", "WELLFED BY BODYRX LLP" "Wellfed", "Company"). Wellfed's registered office is located at BHIVE Premium CMH Road, No.467/468, Shri Krishna Temple Rd, Indiranagar 1st Stage, Bengaluru - 560038.

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and published following the provisions of Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions for access or usage of Platform through the Wellfed Mobile/Web Application (hereinafter referred to as "Mobile Application", "Web Application") and Website- [www.bewellfed.in] (hereinafter referred to as "Website") and our related Website, Application, Services and Products (together with the Web Application, Mobile Application and Website, collectively referred to as "Services").

This Delivery Policy ("Policy") sets forth the terms governing all meal subscriptions and orders placed with Wellfed ("we", "our", "us"). This Policy forms an integral part of your agreement with Wellfed and must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions. By subscribing to our services, making a payment, or opting for meal deliveries with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with this Policy, you may choose not to subscribe to our services.

1. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
  • No deliveries on Sundays.
  • Deliveries on public holidays are at Wellfed"s discretion. If delivery is not possible on any specific day, customers will be informed in advance.

2. Delivery Time Slots

Meals are delivered within the following time windows:

  • Lunch: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM
  • Dinner: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Delivery timings may vary from day to day based on operational factors, order volume, traffic conditions, and delivery location. Wellfed does not guarantee delivery at a specific time within the delivery window.

In the event a meal is delivered outside the stated delivery window, no compensation, refund, discount, or meal adjustment will be applicable, provided the delivery is successfully completed on the same day.

3. Delivery Charges

All deliveries are included in the price of the meal or subscription. No separate delivery charges are levied.

4. Serviceable Areas

Deliveries are limited to serviceable locations listed at: www.bewellfed.in/delivery-areas

Wellfed reserves the right to modify, expand, or reduce serviceable areas at any time without prior notice.

5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

Meal deliveries are scheduled twice daily in pre-determined time slots based on the distance of your delivery address from our nearest kitchen. While we aim to deliver meals on time, occasional delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

5.1. Customer Unavailability

If you are unavailable to accept delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you via phone call and may wait up to ten (10) minutes. If you do not respond or collect your meal within this timeframe, the meal may be:

  • Left at the nearest security or reception desk at your request, at which point Wellfed shall not be responsible for any subsequent tampering, misplacement, or theft of the meal.
  • Marked as failed or undelivered, and you will not be compensated.

5.2. Wellfed Delivery Errors

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an error attributable to Wellfed, the affected meal will be treated as a skipped meal and will not be charged.

5.3. Customer-Attributable Failures

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Customer unavailable at the delivery location
  • Customer not responding to calls or messages
  • Delivery location locked or inaccessible

the meal shall be deemed delivered and chargeable, and no refund, credit, or replacement shall be provided.

5.4. Non-Delivery Escalation

In the event a meal is not delivered within the expected and agreed upon timeframe, except due to an event of force majeure as may be communicated to you, please reach out to us immediately via WhatsApp or call us at +91 8043284198. We will either expedite the delivery or cancel the meal due to non-delivery and extend your subscription accordingly.

6. Force Majeure

Wellfed shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, strikes, traffic disruptions, governmental actions, lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no compensation or refunds shall be payable.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated 'Effective Date' and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this notice frequently to be informed of the policies governing your subscription.
